The Old Kennels Studio

All of our Pilates classes take place here, in this luxurious studio, with purpose-built sprung floor.

Situated in the most peaceful of settings, with splendid views over the East Devon countryside, the well-maintained space has a tranquil atmosphere, conducive to body work and meditation, and is an ideal environment for Pilates.

The studio is spacious and light, and has a patio area suitable for working outdoors in the summer months, and when the weather is not so good the superb insulation and heating make the space very comfortable indeed.

It is, of course, equipped with top quality Pilates equipment: - Pilates Mats, Blocks, Triad Balls, Foam Rollers, Core Bands, Resistance Bands, Hand and Ankle weights, Pilates Power Rings, Core Stability Balls and Bosus.
